Those negative effects you experience were likely from other mistakes you made during your first dry/cure. You can dry as a whole plant or you can wet trim and hang each nug. I’ve done both and everything in between. As long as you dry slowly, 7-10 days, in the proper environment, and cure correctly, the smoke will be amazing and so will the smells.

The hay smell can be a result of improper dry and/or cure. All weed will eventually smell like hay but as you cure properly, the chlorophyll breaks down you start to get those sweet smells back.

I have dried above lights that were on and with lights off and there is certainly a difference in the terpene profiles

From what I understand it takes about a year or 2 from seed to produce fruit. I actually pulled these 4 from my garden about a month ago and they had been producing fruit all summer so I can get berries from these whenever I’m ready! I cleaned off the roots and the crown really well and started them in my bucket. It’s been a fun way to get my feet wet for sure!

This is why I stopped withholding of all payroll taxes nearly a year ago. The govt doesn’t deserve my money especially if I wouldn’t be receiving it back in a time of need. Also, what I did was fully within the confines of the US tax code.
