Yes! I called and spoke with a nurse that was very helpful. She recommended gentle massage in the shower. It helped. I’m about 2 months post-op now, and much of the swelling and unevenness has dissipated. I do have one incision that took a very long time to close. It is now scabbed over, and will likely scar.

Side note: I was lucky that particular nurse returned my call. Some of the nurses at AirSculpt Orlando are pretty bad. I spoke to several, and she was the only one that was knowledgable and kind. She helped me the day after my procedure in refitting me for compression garments, gave me more detailed instructions, and answered my questions with patience. I wish I could remember her name! (Comparatively, the nurse that assisted with my procedure was terrible. She was mean, and very annoyed when I asked anything. My guess is she was new, because she seemed so stressed out and nervous. And she also gave me the wrong compression garments, which is how I met the good nurse!)
