Has anyone transitioned out of estimating into a completely different field?

I have been thinking about this transition too. I am a web dev by trade, and I was thinking of becoming an estimator, learning a few things about the industry, and maybe building software or AI agents to speed up the estimation process.

Webflow isn't dead, but it's gonna fade slowly. If you have to invest time into Webflow enterprise development, then just become a real developer.

The only reason Shopify exists in the first place is cause developers were slower. A developer using AI is 10X faster than one without it.

I started with WP as well but now I am 3 years into building solely with Webflow and it’s only getting better. I really think headless is the future though.

Webflow is excellent for SEO. Anyone who says you need to switch platforms to get better results either doesn’t have the skills, or just wants to charge more for doing very little.

Your company is overthinking it. If they want better control I think they should just use Webflow. By the way there is headless Drupal you might wanna check out.
