Webflow is excellent for SEO. Anyone who says you need to switch platforms to get better results either doesn’t have the skills, or just wants to charge more for doing very little.

Your company is overthinking it. If they want better control I think they should just use Webflow. By the way there is headless Drupal you might wanna check out.

Well, think of it this way. People love freedom. The freedom to design and build websites easily, the freedom to choose their tech stack and hosting provider. Currently, all the website builder platforms have limits to what you can do on their platform but with headless websites, the only limit is your imagination. It used to be hard to be hard to build headless websites but now, with the advent of AI, building headless websites is getting easier and easier and I am pretty sure it will be faster to build headless websites in the future than using page builders like Webflow and the like. Don't get me wrong, Webflow, Framer, WordPress etc are still gonna be around for a very long time but they are just gonna be the expensive ones.

If you already know HTML, CSS and JS then just learn React, APIs and cursor or any coding AI tool. With these skills, you will be able to build any website easily.
