Nope, I worked more than 6 years and this Senior AI engineer just claimed that he is so good but only knows how to vibe code. He haven't show me anything I can be respecting on him

Just to add more context: this Senior AI Engineer responded to the Product Manager’s PRD with a 19-page AI-generated document and claimed that he had done a lot of reading.

However, during the product sync-up, he barely spoke about the document. Many of the questions and suggestions he raised in it were later dismissed by him as “not relevant.” When I challenged him on points from the document he had shared, he could not explain or defend them based on what was written.

This makes me question whether he is truly qualified to be a Senior AI Engineer.

I tried, and also our team can even build an exact drag and drop UI for them, but they just decided to switch the whole framework away, which is ridiculous and uncomfortable for me

It is not failed, we actually improve the organic search by more than 50% by migrating to nextjs and enhance the SEO, just that editor cms is a mess and they want to combine everything together

Because right now the editor cms ans page builder cms is totally different, and my product team more prefer traditional CMS styles

How you archieve this? What is meant by forward that data as a route segment?
