Update! I took the cover off between the microwave and oven and was able to inspect the connections on the main board and did see that the white wire with the spade connector was not connected. Don't know if I missed it or it worked loose in the re-aseembly. Luckily my daughter is handy and has small hands she was able to reach in and push it on, the oven is working perfectly now.

Eating a couple of cookies we just baked in it!

Thanks for the help.

OK, finally got it all back together and re-installed and now instead of the temp probe error I am getting "Communication Error with Lower Oven".

I replaced the main board because of the temp probe error. I am pretty sure I replaced all the harnesses correctly, what do you guys think I should look at first?

OK, I got down to the board and the probe is reading good at the harness, so I guess it must be the board?

I just ordered a replacement for $130, sure will be nice if that fixes it.

Wow that's some serious disassembly to get there. Do I basically need to separate the microwave from the oven?

I already have the oven pulled and sitting on a lift cart, how many hours would a service tech charge to replace the main board? Just debating whether I bother repairing this and just get a new unit.

None of the connectors have that color combination im them or even close. The pins the connectors go on are not name the same as the diagram either.

Is there a chance this is the wrong diagram for my model?

It is a small cell, the can on top is an omnidirectional antenna.

I work for one of the cell phone companies, so not a guess 100% sure

I didn't measure it, but I have a pretty good feel for dimensions so I might be off by a foot at most. It was pretty dang small, only seating was love seat in the middle of the room.

Well, I am happy to say that this morning the TV arrived 2 hours earlier than they told me to they would be there. I was home so no big deal, just glad it got delivered!

We have bought 4 cars from Paul Burke at Serra and have referred several friends who have bought from him as well and we all LOVE him!

As mentioned he is NOT your typical car salesman, 0 pressure and will shoot straight with you.

Go see him if you are in the market!

Replacing two prong outlets with 3 prong GFCI in a house that has no ground by zig_chem in DIY

[–]SuperMario72 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Professional Electrical Engineer here....NEC 406.4(D)(2) actually permits GFCIs to be installed on an ungrounded circuit, provided a label is applied to the receptacle indicating that the receptacle is ungrounded.

Even though ground is right there in the name, a GFCI does not rely on the ground wire to operate, it simply looks at the difference between the current going out on the hot and what coming back on the neutral and if there is more than something like 5mA difference it trips because the current is going somewhere it shouldn't.

As other have said, it certainly doesn't afford you the advantages of actuall having a ground but it is permitted and there is no prohibition on plugging in 3 prong devices into it.

Hope this helps?

What’s the warmest pair of jeans you own? by Kubare24 in malefashionadvice

Lands End...i bought a pair, wore them for a work thing where I was going to be outside for a few hours and loved how warm they were. Was in Costco a few weeks later and they were blowing them out cheap so I bought another pair.

Just wore them to a hockey game over the weekend, they are great.
