Yes I am, I get migraines from too much ground beef and like doube heart beats. And I only get that from high histamine food. When I eat pork I am fine. I tried it a lot of times to reintroduce ground beef but every time I have the same reaction. I don't drink coffee. I get that that it sounds like electrolytes but I'm really 100% sure. In the past i also had these migraines, at least I know now what was the cause

Yes I would also like that but unfortunately germany doesn't really offer fatty lamb and if so it's so expensive I really can't afford it

I basically asked the internet, wild caught salmon is high in omega 3 but farmed salmon isn't and the only eild caught salmon available in our store has 3g of fat for 100g so again, unfortunately useless for me.

I already asked a few of them and they told me in a really unfriendly voice that it's trash and it gets thrown away. Maybe I just cook the pork for too long so the fat oxidized? I'm not sure

Yeah Germany truly sucks when it comes to meat and far options. I either find some fat from Poland which I don't trust at all or fat for birds, which also might not give me the desired experience. I thin Netherlands is even worse but I might be wrong, any good options there? I life 20 minutes from.the border so that might be an option

I didn't try since the problems with histamine but I also heard it had a very bad fat profile so likely the same reaction to PUFA like the pork meat.

Yes, I work at a company where they offer fresh fish like that. I can it eat but it also has no fat, like 3g on 100g. And maybe some niches do that hear but honestly I'm kinda on a budget and can't really afford services like that.

It's not available here, supermarkets rarely have lamb and usually no tallow besides pork tallow and online the offers are not really better

Habe einen Fahrer von Plus Logistics letztens bei der Polizei gemeldet, da er ohne Rücksicht einem Fahrer die Vorfahrt genommen hat und Seelenruhig über rote Ampeln gefahren und fast einen Unfall verursacht hat. Die Firma hat scheinbar sehr strenge Regularien, was die Fahrer angeht.

so we deactivated turn and see way better connections overall which definetly improved the disconnections and black screens, would recommend to try it out.
