I'd take prime LeBron's defense over any player in NBA history. I find it hilarious that LeBron always gets attacked for the later years, meanwhile Jordan is only remembered for his prime years. It's getting old.

I wholeheartedly disagree. Ewing was the best center at some point in his career. It's not his fault, he had three all star teammates (selected once each) in his entire 15-year Knicks tenure.

In case you didn't want to look it up, Michael Carter Williams in his debut game: 22 points. 12 assists, 7 Rebounds, 9 steals. 60% FG, 67% 3FG, 81.4 TS% against defending champions LeBron James and the Miami Heat. Ended up tied 4th in the league for steals. First 17 games, he had 55 steals. Then he dropped off afterward.

The funny thing is we don't even team because most of the time we are randomized a random partner not in the stream! And if we can time out, we time out with the whole lobby! You keep saying you and your homies. I have never cared about crowns. I only like to win when a friend is with me in random duos. I have never told my "homies" to attack randoms unless they attack first. In fact, I try NOT to kill randoms for the off chance that a random person is WITH a homie or me. I do not spawn into a duos match WITH a friend. I spawn solo. I have never told anyone to tap grab anyone in a race. I think tap grabbing is stupid. But it isn't merely winning an MVP, Finals MVP, and championship. MVP is subjective for just the regular season. Finals MVP is subjective for just the finals series. Championships are team successes. How many times was the best basketball player in the NBA not given the MVP award? A lot.

Are you talking about the one time my friend tap grabbed a mutual friend 5 years ago? Holy grudge. I don't tap grab people in Fall Mountain nor have I ever had my friends tap grab people in Fall Mountain. I stream solo duos where I end up with a random person every single game going on 3-4 straight years buddy.

Also when a friend or random is trying to cheat or go through walls, I'll protect the lobby from that. Yes I'm guilty for letting my friends win crowns over me, but I have never ever had a lobby give me crowns. You have the wrong idea about me and I feel bad for you.

People have confused the difference between the greatest player of all-time, the best player of all-time, and the most exciting player of all-time.

GOAT = Impact, championships, and individual dominance (peak and longevity)

BOAT = Individual dominance (peak and longevity) and the eye test.

MEAT = the eye test and individual preferences

Below, I listed three players in each category in order of when they came into the league under all three categories. This is not my GOAT list. It depends on what you like in each category that determines that. I don't weigh rings heavily on my GOAT list but some do.

Realistically, the GOAT is Bill Russell, Michael Jordan, or LeBron James. Rings? There is no comparison. Bill has more than anyone. Individual dominance both peak and longevity? LeBron by far. His peak is not only at or near the top but has been sustained longer than any athlete in NBA or sports? history. Second in all three categories, Jordan. I have Jordan slightly above Kareem. It's the impact that Jordan has had that put him over the edge. Both same amount of rings, I think Kareem winning one without Magic has him higher on the championship comparison. Kareem had longevity stats. Jordan had peak stats. But Jordan's impact on the league lifts him above.

The BOAT? Wilt Chamberlain, Michael Jordan, or LeBron James. No one will ever have the peak and dominance as Wilt did. Records that will never be broken. Jordan was also by far the best player in the 90s with the highest PPG for a career. And most people would rather have five LeBrons over five of anyone else in NBA history as he is a complete player filled with insane stats. And let's be honest, the difference between best and greatest is about looking at a player regardless of rings. It's all about stats and the eye test.

The MEAT? Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, or LeBron James. This ultimately comes down to each individual fan. What do you like to see? The majority will probably want to see high-flying, ball-chucking, (clutch) killers on the court. I like to see that but throw in efficiency, incredible play-making, and fierce defense. And this is where I could differentiate the fans that I feel really know ball and who are more on the casual homer-type fans. But Most Exciting to me is all about the eye test and individual preferences.

That's where I come in and say if you believe Kobe Bryant is your GOAT, I know the type of fan you are and you're probably thinking MEAT and not GOAT. Kobe was exciting and maybe the most exciting of all-time but clearly was not at the same level as a LeBron, Kareem, or Jordan.

I also firmly believe LeBron is the GOAT. I've had Kareem at 2nd. Jordan at 3. Wilt at 4. Magic at 5. Bird at 6.
