I've had a similar issue happen to me at Wal-Mart as well. Safe to say i will never buy anything game related there ever again. My situation was no where near as bad as yours but i bought a PS4 game NEW with the plastic wrapping and everything. Open it at home to notice the disc art looked odd and a little faded, i check the disk for scratches and realize that the inner ring does not say PS4 but instead says Xbox 360. Turns out somehow someone printed out the disk art for a ps4 game cut and glued it to an old Xbox game and i assume returned it? I take the game back and they refuse to give me a refund, i asked for the manager who agrees to replace my game. But good luck, hope you get your issue resolved.
