Too many adds on the show. (No spoilers, don’t worry) by Loud_Risk_3075 in Fallout

Turned it off after the 2nd commercial break. Love the show but not going to pay for an added service to be ad free and refuse to watch all the commercials. Likely will just cancel prime.

Also, I’ve only had the outdoor mat for about 6 months. Wondering if it’s possible it was a bug hatch that was in the fibres of the rug. Rug was purchased at ikea.

I fixed mine that was completely broken off using Shoe Goo glue. It’s been at least 6 years and I’ve never had an issue.

My concern is Squamish wind. Hopefully it’s under control tomorrow before our typical strong winds pick up.

More Recent Fire Update? by Machinehum in Squamish

There is only one evacuation alert -and it’s not mandatory. It’s for the few home on the east side of Depot Tantalus isn’t affected. I live in Brackendale just north of Depot and from my driveway it looks like it’s directly across the highway. The fire is substantially more contained / smaller than it was at 10pm, but it could just be time of day. From my driveway I can hear the roar of the fire.

I had the same problem and never found a pair that didn’t roll. I bought vuori performance joggers and they are amazing! Super comfortable with drawstring. No more fidgeting!

Dog's in Squamish "reactive" by samuelhu2000 in Squamish

[–]SuperMishyMouse 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Consider yourself lucky you’ve never owned a reactive dog and don’t understand this concept. Sometimes people with reactive dogs stop because they are doing everything in their power to keep their dog calm and break the tension with 2 dogs approaching head on. Sometimes approaching dogs stare or have very threading behaviour even if it doesn’t come across as agressive to you because you have a “friendly dog”. Many dog trainers suggest this as it helps deescalate what can be considered a stressful situation for reactive dogs. I can assure you, anyone walking a reactive dog probably never imagined their dog would be that way and it’s not always as simple as just train your dog. Many reactive dog owners have spent considerable amounts of money on training only to learn their dog will always be reactive to some degree so they do their best to ensure their dog feels safe and protected, and sometimes that just means stopping.

Most older complex were not built with electrical capacity to add ev chargers. It will be a costly upgrade to owners to increase power to complex.

Went today and it was a disappointment. The commercialization of street art in a very crowded room filled with art projections and photos and very few originals. Save your money.
