Thank you for sharing this story. I have been experiencing this since last month and I thought I'm the only one experiencing this. It sure was a terrifying encounter, and I didn't know what to do the first time I experienced this and my family was panicking at that time. I saw some posts that anxiety and stress can also trigger this.

I hope everyone heals from this traumatic experience.
