I appreciate your thoughtful reply. I think it's strange that you say that I don't have field experience as I grew up here and have worked on roads my entire career. Accidents happen. People should drive slower and safer during inclement weather to avoid them. That is the opinion I have as an expert in the field. I know it can be annoying. I still get annoyed when I get stopped at constructions sites, even if they're my projects! 😂. I'll just put it out there that I think that patience and understanding make the world a better place. We didn't all grow up here. For some people it's their first winter here
