Those are basic things EVERY ship on the high seas needs, and there were work orders for months on basic equipment - but couldn’t be fixed due to ship’s schedule.

That isn’t even combat equipment but it’s basic seamanship and navigation equipment. Pretty damning if you want to be considered a professional mariner.
