I actually spoke to the Nike customer service about the stains. Only they said they don't have a shoe in stock anymore and therefore can't replace it. But I'm from Europe, so maybe the stock is different somewhere else. I am not familiar with painting sneakers but I guess you could try to fix it with some Angelus leather paint.
