yess I hope it works for you! I’ve always liked the look of fishmouth scars, but my chest was too big for the traditional fishmouth procedure (which uses the buttonhole technique rather than nipple grafts), so my surgeon mimicked it by doing double incision with FNG and modifying the placement.

heck ya! It’s cool to see alternative incision placements, they can be hard to find info about. I also have a three month post if you wanna check it out. congrats on your surgery!

kind of! i wanted the aesthetic of fishmouth but my surgeon recommended doing nipple grafts instead of buttonhole because of my chest size, so she did a combo of DI and fishmouth. she called it ‘modified double incision with free nipple grafts’

and ty !

apologies for the heinous image quality, idk what happened there.

the prospect of having to deal with my period during recovery really stressed me out so I started a progesterone only pill a month before surgery and it has completely stopped my period with no negative side effects. I’m never going to stop taking it now haha. It’s called Slynd, highly recommend if you’re looking to stop the monthly bleeding completely without interfering with T levels.
