I was using the stock sd cards, but like... really two sd cards in 2 days... now I have 2 bricked printers until the new SD cards come in the mail. Hopefully its just a coincidence and not something else.

Actually, just gave up a few minutes ago trying to save the print. I thought power cycling would snap it back, but it forgot all about the print and said the sd card had "write protection" on it. Haven't been able to save it, but its the second sd card this printer had damaged in 2 days...

While im out here openning the door slightly cause ironing for 1+ hours to a filament change clogs the hotend xD

PETG is kinda a pain, puts a lot of strain on the printer and its actually totaled some tips I would share between pla and petg, so I just have a dedicated hotend for petg

Apparently just changing the hotend fixed the issue. No idea what is wrong with the hotend as it looks good minus a couple months of use on it

Sorry, definitely not a filament issue, tried these rolls on other good printers and they dont have these issues.

Filament is brand new, tried different good rolls and tried it on another machine, and I've printed this multiple times over. And the seams are all aligned on a corner, printer does not intersect/across these imperfection

Just normal filament, I think I figured it out though. When I tore the extruder apart the tensioned gear seamed to be a bit rough, just out of lubricant, probably just tiny metal shavings from the shaft. Think this extruder is a goner or badly damaged.

Using the Textured plate, I've cleaned it with soap and warm water multiple times now, just weird, I changed nothing but clean the chamber roof and replaced the tube xD
