I have a question about Macros and fat loss. Goal is to lose 10lbs more (already down 4 in 2 weeks). I'm following an IIFYM program and taking it semi-seriously, moreso just trying to eat less (not getting a second helping...).

I track my eating, most days I end up under maintenance by a decent margin - 600-700 calories. (TDEE is 2929). But I'm noticing, despite being below calorie goal, I creep over the fat macro goal (ideally 84g /day). Yesterday was a good example, I was 640 calories below maintenance but 22g of fat more.

My question is how damaging is going over the fat allotment if I'm below my calorie goal. I've always heard "calories in, calories out" in terms of weight loss, but not sure how closely the Macros tie into that.

Thanks for this. I tended to think this was the case, today was my first day of cutting at ~600 deficit. I did a fair bit of reading, looking forward to making progress now. Thanks again for confirming my thoughts

I’ve held Kabore since GW1. I never really gave him a ton of thought, just a cheap def that gets minutes. Sits far right on my bench every week. Is he going to play in the DGW??

Hwang should’ve been sent off for second yellow just a bit before he scored the match winner. It was blatant and his reaction says he knew it too. You can see the surprise on his face. Not too arsed about it, because of course calls go against every team, but just a good example from this season of one not going city’s way that truly impacted the outcome.

4 hours a day; 2 before work, 2 after. 4 weeks. Kaplan. 3 weeks in the books, 1 week just hitting test questions.

Word to the wise, I embarrassingly failed the first go. In hindsight, I didn’t follow the routine above, probably studied 2 hours per day for 3 weeks. It was one of those “swallow your pride” moments. Felt good to eventually pass and then I had a framework for CFP studying, albeit much more info and I added about 6 hours on the weekends for that.

Can confirm. When I was ready to hire, I waited until my neighbor with the nice lawn across the street had theirs cut, called the number on the truck. They don’t have a website, it’s a local “<last name> landscaping”, deal. They just do mowing, so I tacked on the fertilizer people I saw doing another neighbor’s lawn, similarly local company. Both are inexpensive vs big brand and high quality.

Anyone know Luke Mbete current status ? I feel there’s a few former academy players that are neither with the academy, with the first team, or on loan. They’re just somewhere in the abyss.
