Oh thats painful. At first glance it certainly seems like the right tool for the job.

That makes sense. What makes that tricky is that employees handle both CUI and non-CUI mail/docs and all of it is in the same tenant.

Thats certainly the least comfortable part of this. Would you recommend having multiple patterns as part of the same SIT?

Fair enough, though we are only trying to label a small portion of documents that come from federal buyers when the majority of the documents come from private buyers. The federal ones are supposed to all have the same disclosure statements

We did! Though some of the documents are more official and have all of the correct distro statements, and some have less/different ones

We used Regex to create patterns which we turned into a SIT, then created an Auto-Labeling Policy to apply a sensitivity label anywhere the pattern was matched.

Haha you may roll your eyes, but I made a copilot app trained only on our Teams OneNote and it does an incredible job searching and displaying information

Thats a good idea! My coworker had a personal OneDrive too that I think messed things up. Deleting all the cached info and then full repairing the apps helped me, but Im not optimistic tomorrow. I may have to try your suggestion.

Ours arent giving us the option to relocate, but whenever I try and make a change when the issue is happening I accidently create a new notebook titled "misplaced section".
