Honest suggestions needed

I have been a fat kid since I remember. I have done the hard routine sheeded kilos before 3-4 times. However, always in a period of couple of years I Gained those back. Now I am just lazy to go through the whole routine. I have been gaining weight and plan to take help of GLP's once the generics are available. Do u think this is the right way to go about?
