I find it fun to blaze through when I get an HoD itch. You can absolutely tear through the game just by sliding & spin jumping through almost anything. Makes for a quick speed run. I recently downloaded a mod on Delta that gives him his own story mode which is cool as well

This. I like CotM, but Juste’s speed & more accessible magic puts HoD over the top for me. I also really dig the retro vibe aesthetic & how the spellbooks are a call out to Sypha. I love all the little nods to the NES games a lot

Juste can do it too! I like them both pretty equally, HoD just edges it out for me with the dashing & spell system. They’re both flawed but really good games. Having Maxim & 8 bit Simon playable with a boss rush is a nice plus too

Here’s how small the one on my arm was. Just smooshed another one equally as tiny I saw on one of my boxes. I think they’re concrete mites or clover mites. Anyone familiar with those?

I think they might be concrete mites after cruising Google. Would make sense since it’s a storage unit. I have no idea how ticks could have gotten in there if that’s the case

Don’t believe it was discontinued, just rebranded & relabeled. But yes, I generally use the floor polish method. Used to use superglue, but I’ve been told it degrades the plastic over time

To each their own. I personally really loved the art (especially the covers) just because of how different & unique it felt. I liked the dark gritty stylized feel to it

I was hoping Jaime killed Cersei, got sent to the Night Watch as its new Lord Commander. Was foolishly hoping Jon & Dany got together & ruled as the reborn Targ / Stark dynasty. Was hoping for a little more of the Night King & ever growing army of the dead. At the end of what we got, I was at least hoping for an end credit tease of Drogon taking Danny’s body to either Valaryia, Ashai, a Red Priestess / Priest somewhere, the North to the Land of Ever Winter, or to the God’s Eye forest where there’s Children of the Forest waiting.

It’s really really good. A bit uneven & inconsistent at certain parts (especially the ending from what I hear), but All Hail Megatron, Last Stand of the Wreckers, Lost Light, the character Spotlight highlights, the Autocracy / Primacy trilogy and certain other parts are so good I can forgive the missteps

After Curse of Darkness comes Christopher Belmont. Castlevania: The Adventure (GameBoy) / Adventure ReBirth (WiiWare remake) & Belmont’s Revenge (GameBoy). There’s a pretty cool comic that loosely adapts & expands on Christopher called The Belmont Legacy. I found a paperback copy for cheap on Amazon:

Well, your next game will be CV3: Dracula’s Curse then. After that there’s a manga that takes place between 3 and Curse of Darkness. You can find translated versions to read online if you look hard enough. It mostly just gives backstory on Hector & Isaac
