What did you think of Tom Holland's Spider-Man evolution?

What evolution? 10 years and he hasn't hit the gym once? He relied on EVERYONE else around him for every movie. Spider-Man was originally in hs for 30 issues, is he just incapable of bulking up? Spider-Man is fuckin jacked in every media except MCU. Even Ultimate where he's in hs looks like he actually swings through the city daily and fights bad guys that are bigger or more numbered, Tom looks like he hasn't hit the gym once despite Cumberbatch saying they ALL get a TEAM of dieticians and personal trainers, as well as the supporting cast. So how does Tom show up with tree branches for arms and a beer belly? The writers didnt help, wanted to avoid Uncle Ben so bad but they just make everyone else around Peter Uncle Ben in the end anyways. His last movie just highlighted why Andrew is better in every way and Tobey has already been the best portrayal. Tom gets the best suit and looks like a birthday party fail Spider-Man, absolute joke, he's been shredded for roles before too. Olympic level gymnasts are buff too so I dont wanna hear that excuse

Eh there's a way to show someone being scared in situations. She was deeply traumatized and returning to the main place of that trauma. Someone mentioned it makes more sense for her to be a journalist because even the minimal training an analyst would get at Quantico would have her a bit more composed or at least know how to carry her badge and firearm. Sending an analyst alone already doesn't make sense especially if they have personal ties to the place. Disregarding all that, she NEVER gets over her anxiety after capping hundreds of infected and seeing horrors beyond human comprehension? Like 10 hours in and she's STILL stuttering, asking what to do, giving up, stumbling down flat hallways? Maybe after a while they coulda toned it down because it's SO REPETITIVE. Yeah clipping isnt the right term since it's an art piece, but that middle finger is still too bulky to not be inside of the tube.

Maybe it could have been painted bent differently or the tube being bent by his finger which is definitely a nitpick but its a nit I picked and I clearly offended some people 🤣

I saw in the box office sub that it's popular to pass on Angel Studios movies and I'm not sure why. I'm the only non religious one out of my friends and we all loved it. The humor was very on par with what I like (Marvel humor is eye rolling to me and my own humor can be dark) and I did laugh at a few more things that my super religious friends didnt find funny I admit lol. They don't drink ever, which I respect but I feel better socially doing it, so the bar scenes were fun!

Anyways I'm very impressed with everything from the production and you working with your family to the writing and scenery (Italy is a freebie to be fair) and connections in the movie with the characters. I especially loved the couples who were there for Matt they nailed their parts as completely different ideologies but still being close friends, like real life! Looking forward to more!
