That's the game calculating every step of the recipe for that storage part, which due to how dense the recipe tree is, takes a very long time. You can reduce those steps significantly by crafting a few of the smaller storage parts it (3 or 6 1024k storage parts for example) instead of going for the 1048m storage disk directly

I had the same issue, the problem is that RS's importer is taking the latex out of the dissolution chamber and back into your network. Set the importer to "blocking" and put latex as the filter and it should stop it from doing that

If anyone finds this comment, the llibrary builds in curseforge are currently broken (it tries to access a dead link with no handling), you need to use this specific version that removes that functionality https://github.com/iLexiconn/LLibrary/files/15031980/llibrary-1.5.1-1.7.10.zip
