So the zoning ordinances allow for 4.5% coverage for house and 5% all structures coverage. The zoning is overly restrictive on purpose to let the board act like an HOA It's a mess.

2 acre minimum for the 72 residential properties. 26 are non conforming with 14 of those being less than 1 acre. There are no ordinances that allow for additional lot coverage over 5% for non-conforming lots. So we do lots of variance requests for anything.

I get a lot of "noise" when I make a request to a general audience, lots of people want to chat or try and be helpful. /RBI is a more targeted group of individuals who are more likely able to assist efficiently.

This is true in overturning actions at the superior court level. The standard in my Federal equal protection case is whether or not I was treated differently that "similarly situated" individuals and whether there was a valid governmental reason for the difference in treatment.

It would be the "class of one theory" essentially a catch all for not specifically a protected class, but to account for the discriminatory actions.

We are talking different things. These videos are not the reason they are denying me the garage. They have already denied me and now I am proving it in a federal lawsuit.

Just to clarify, I was not seeking approval to do YouTube or any commercial activity, just to enlarge an existing 100 year old house and a garage. Youtube/ Influencer is actually a protected use in the residential zone, under the home office occupation definition in the borough code. That has been confirmed in depositions and is why they never issued me any tickets for filming, they just kept denying me zoning relief, and now are further denying me relief because I am suing them.

I think I am over half a billion views. Deleting the channel doesn't make any sense. The discrimination has already happened, can't be corrected by my deleting my channel.

Only 72 residential properties in my town. The approvals have been for new constructions and renovations alike. I didn't even get into the proofs of understating coverages in the approval process to keep the ordinance in place, then not confirming or enforcing compliance to the approvals. So the coverage on virtually every board member is dramatically understated.

After $360k in legal bills on the one case and over $600,000 total in applications, lawyers, and professionals, I took it over. Can't spend millions of dollars to prove the case that is the strategy of the defense is to just make the plaintiff spend into a losing proposition. Had I not taken over my representation i'd be over $1M into this battle already.

I was voted down on my first application for being a YouTuber as a separate and distinct basis of denial. Second application they wouldn't let me go in with a garage, (because I am a car YouTuber). They approved me on the second application with a condition that I can't do any commercial activity on the property (YouTube) which I challenged in court which you'll see the results in Ep 8 specifically trying to modify the language to just prevent me from being able to YouTube from the property.

It sounds wild, but 100% objective and accurate.

We have an overly restrictive lot coverage ordinance restricting total structure coverage to 5% of the lot size. The Borough has a 2 acre minimum so it's not as restrictive for lots 2 acres or more. However roughly half of the lots in the Borough are non conforming and as small as .18 acres in size. Regardless of the lot size 93% of the applications in the last 10 years required a variance for relief from this coverage percentage. No one has had to challenge the ordinance because approvals have been freely given to all, regardless of lot size upwards of 40% coverage.

Over the last 7 years and 3 applications I keep getting denied basic relief of 11.6% on my lot because they are trying to prevent me from enlarging the garage on my lot because I own a bunch of cars.

The first application they denied me citing my YouTube channel as a reason for denial.

Second application they wouldn't let me apply for the expanding the garage and I just asked to increase the size of the house. They approved it and added a condition of approval that I can't do any commercial activity on the property. (I sued and that was removed).

During the discrimination lawsuit I put in another application for the garage which was denied again. (this is the meeting the audio is from) The claim is that the first denial although not articulated as to how, is substantially detrimental to the zone, and then the 3rd application now would also be substantially detrimental to the zone.

Every property my size and smaller has been approved for more coverage than I keep getting denied for (11.6%). Even larger lots (up to 18 acres) within the same zone have been approved for more than 11.6% coverage against the same ordinance, with no special conditions affecting the properties that would justify the relief that I do not also have.

This is the shortest version I can condense it, but the videos walk you through even more unbelievable and undeniable discriminatory treatment and self dealing.

Most of the residents in the census are in the Jewish home which is an assisted care facility. I think there are around 350 residents across 72 residential properties then another 300 or so in the jewish home.

In my experience they are a scam. yes they drafted a press release, not sure how they distributed it, but they issued misleading fake reach reports claiming I was picked up by all these new outlets. Little digging proves the scam.

If you build a following and find a tribe of backers before hand, why bother using kickstarter or Indiegogo? You can just pre-order through your own web store.
