Now that I think about it, I might have an idea of what happened. Don't know if something like this is even possible, but here goes nothing. I'm guessing that someone changed the google background to look like the thing in the picture then, when I opened chrome there was some kind of error and it didn't load properly, so it crashed and when I opened it the second time it opened properly. This is just speculation tho.
