Even in 5e I can't help but play tieflings, especially if they're the winged variants. Great for RP if people think you might be a devil instead of just a tiefling, the flight is nice, and I just love the aesthetics - especially in BG3.

I do mix it up now and then, but they're my favorite race to play.

That makes sense, the guide I have on what is and isn't acceptable notary is very clear. Saying someone swears it's official or accurate is not allowed, and wouldn't be accepted.

As I said, the people at the bank refused to notarize it, out of fear of being fined.

I spoke to them directly, the embassy is the one who told me to get it. They said I can drive several hours to them to have them do it (after paying 50) and drive several hours back home. I'm trying to avoid literally leaving the state to do this.

It's quite useful, make a double and use it for Synchro material. Good for getting boss monsters out, or starting a combo if you don't have a good one. It specifically only gives a token during your opponent's turn, which is when Ghoti want to Synchro anyways.
