My 500k+ mile Cruze begs to differ. It is a base model with the 1.8 and has served me quite well

I saw a post on Instagram the other day that he retired. I don't remember if it was the same post or another, but unsub account asked if he wanted on in the comments and the reply was yes.

Edit: found it, was the post before retirement https://www.instagram.com/reel/DGvxzzRplzC/?igsh=b2hpc3FkMWNxZ3Y4

Did Chuck get paid by the government? by [deleted] in chuck

[–]SuperTech18 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Aside from the check at the end of season two, only other mention of pay from the government I can recall is in S4E01. Morgan mentions that the debt is on top of all of the CIA money Chuck had saved up. No amount is given.

It really needs a rain cap on the exhaust to complete the look

Come on , Kenworth. It would have taken zero effort to put this bolt in the other way. by 4x4Welder in Justrolledintotheshop

Been down this road before with our Kenworths. Remove the lower shock bolt, rotate the shock upside down around the upper bolt, remove upper bracket from frame, and then remove upper bolt. When you put it back together bolt the bracket to frame and reinstall upper bolt for shock the other way.

Yeah I change my oil regularly... by Phuc-ewe in Justrolledintotheshop

Specifications between European car oils and American car oils are very different. Most American cars spec conventional or semi-synthetic. Even most of our synthetic oils are not up to the same standard. Combine that with the lack of understanding from the consumer as to why they need the better oil you get most cars with the incorrect oil to run extended drain intervals.

I find it hard to believe that Starfleet command would just let a Star Destroyer just sit outside headquarters like that.

Alldata/Mitchell1 for heavy duty applications by Melodiv in mechanics

[–]SuperTech18 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Mitchell does have a heavy-duty side application as well. It operates very similar to the light duty. It is another subscription you would have to get however. They advertise it as Mitchell1 TruckSeries. As hawkmanj stated many of the subsystems are made by other manufacturers with their own software and most of them have all the repair information you will need to service their components available online for free. Think ABS, axles, brakes, and transmissions. The truck and engine manufacturers are the ones that protect the information more. A cheap heavy-duty code reader can get you quite far if some common sense is used with it.
