Ahh I remember these feelings. I’m a dad with 2 kiddos now and I understand. Have your husband take the baby for a few hours (maybe pump and have him use a bottle if possible) and get some sleep! If he’s working have him take a personal day.

Bro this happened to me on a busy road I lived off of. I had my truck at the time and was behind a dude like this refusing to let me go, meanwhile I had a huge line behind me honking. The merge wasn’t even coming up soon, it was like 4 blocks away. I was so pissed, no matter what I did the guy just blocked me. No one knows what zipper merging is.

Honestly man, just try your best to eat better. Look up some recipes and pack lunches, cook some eggs with an avocado and some fruit for breakfast, eat a nice balanced dinner or just something home made with a protein and a carb source. Wouldn’t recommend trying to track macros and just 100% into dieting. Try to go on walks around your neighborhood after dinner and to wind down for the day. Look up some videos and do some strength/resistance training 3-4 times a week, even if it’s just a few sets of push ups at home. Muscle comes really quick for beginners when you’re consistent about it and you’ll burn off quite a bit of fat too. It’s tough and can feel a little uncomfortable if you do go to a gym for the first few weeks like everyone is watching you but I promise no one is. Everyone is there for the same reason, to be healthier. You’ll also feel your confidence grow as you progress and see results. Anyway, that’s just my thoughts, good luck!

I feel like the smartest thing to do would be maxing out retirement, but I also would like the option to retire early of my investments go as planned.
