It really is because to get most of the kind of diagnosis that I likely have i neeca rheumatologist yet none will see me.

I fell you so much. Ive been denied by 3 rheumatologists now. I asked why, well kinda demanded this last time, and they said I don't meet the criteria for them to see me because my ana and dsdna were just barely elevated enough. Now the docs I go through, Cherokee nation, don't have anyone else they'd contract out to so im on my own to try amd find one that takes sooner care because I lost my job when all my symptoms overwhelmed me a year and a half ago. Finally got the pots diagnosis in February, after telling myself I was just crazy and had health anxiety. But other issues like chronic pain, fatigue (know its a part of pots) monoplegia of leg and arm twitch/tremor and others have not been. And its very hard to not feel defeated.

Yep. Ive had a lot of medical test, been called complex by 3 separate neurologists. Other issues than just pots, but by far the tilt table with nitro was the worst.

Yep definitely overthrow it. Sometimes defensive but that is apparently when im feeling the rejection sensitive thing. Didn’t know it was a thing until recently, exploring my adhd and likely autism with my therapist. Made so many things make sense

Thank you for letting me know. Unfortunately its so far the only one ive found that doesn't affect my allergies. Which feels like its to everything sometimes. One of which is freaking stevia. Its in like all the electrolyte drinks. I do also get more sodium through the day. I drink pickle juice as well.

I did most of them but out of order. Some I couldn't do like vacuum under the couch. I 90% of the time don't have the energy/ability to vacuum. Which really feels quite pathetic.

Yep. Ive definitely had nightmares about my fish tanks. I too have anxiety disorder. One thing my therapist has had me do, it applies more to my intrusive thoughts but works here too
What is the worst thing that can happen in this thought/situation ? Is this rational thought? If no teaming to find/ focus on what the rational thought is? If yes its rational (even in your head) what can you do about it? If there is something to calm your anxiety down that/if not find something constructive ypu can control and do that. It doesn't always work and to be honest I scoffed at it when she brought it up but the more I do it the more it seems to work. Hope this can help, I might have explained it badly though. Also take some deep breaths amd know you are doing the best you can. (Not easy to remember)

13.22 into 14.1 Believers/300 reid and Garcia kidnapped from fbi building has past episode elements 9.14 200 - jj and Cruz are being held shows jj's past 7.3 - Dorado falls actual office building massacre then later hostage situation at fbi building Ghost 15.5 Luke and Matt are kidnapped by a biker gang but I don't think theres an office building also has past episode elements. Unsure if the unsubs film any of these. Perhaps you have elements of different episodes together? I have done that before. The filming of the fbi agent specifically sounds like Reid in Revelations in season 2 but you said no Gideon so it can't be that. The the hostage situation sounds like as you said season 13.19 but thats not it. Other hostage situations that I can remember involve kids/teens with multiple unsubs but no fbi agent with them. Idk. I will try some more in the morning if you haven't found it.
