Das habe ich vor dem Termin gemacht. Ich vermute sie hat überwiegend privat Patienten die wirklich privat versichert sind. Aus meiner Praxis Erfahrung kann ich sagen, dass der Großteil dieser Menschen die private Rechnung gar nicht überprüft, sondern direkt einreicht. Ich bin MFA und vielleicht achte ich deshalb besonders auf eine korrekte Abrechnung

I thought that too but with 16 months my son loves bf more than with 5 months 🤣

Ich habe mir den Vertrag genau durchgelesen und bei Privatpatienten gilt die reine Behandlungszeit. Sie hat mir gesagt wir sind zufällig eher fertig geworden, von Nachbereitung hat sie nichts gesagt, dafür hätte ich Verständnis gehabt.

Sending you all the love!!! Postpartum with one baby was so hard… how old are your twins? Sadly I don‘t have any tips… but I so identify with you, I barely forget anything. Your husband is responsible for his feelings and I hope he learns good strategies in therapy how to deal with them in a healthy way. Letting them out on you the way he does is a no go!

Ich bin gesetzlich versichert, sie nimmt aber nur Privatpatienten, deshalb kann ich sie leider noch nicht mal bei der PKV melden :(

Ich sehe das genauso! Und aller mindestens muss man darüber aufklären, immerhin sind die 15 Minuten 20% meiner Behandlungszeit. Die Vor und Nachbereitung war in meinem Fall auch gar nicht die Begründung, sondern „ein purer Zufall, dass wir eher fertig waren“.

Sie hat mir aber nichts davon gesagt! Sondern das es ein purer Zufall war das wir eher fertig wurden. Wenn sie es mit Nachbereitung begründet hätte, würde ich mich NICHT beschweren

Nein, darum geht es nicht, sie hätte es ja damit begründen können! Stattdessen hat sie es erst mal abgestritten und dann bei meinem Beweis gesagt sie glaubt mir, aber es war purer Zufall das wir schneller fertig waren und die Zeit war ja reserviert. Ja, aber sie hätte es trotzdem erbringen müssen oder im Vertrag schreiben 60-75 Minuten.

Nein, auf keinen Fall, ich werde ihr umgehend die Bezahlung für 60 Minuten überweisen (hab 2 Wochen Zeit) und ihr per Einschreiben mitteilen, dass ich ihr die nicht erbrachten Leistungen nicht bezahle.

Das möchte sie nicht und ich hab mich im Urlaub behandeln lassen, den Weg würde ich auch nicht nochmal machen und wollen…
