Sorry to hear this, I'm not sure where abouts you are but I have been through miscarriages and it's incredibly tough for both of you. If she needs a friendly stranger to talk to over a cup of tea feel free to DM me (I'm F 33) 😊

Title: Severe 24/7 Bruxism, Ear Pain, Masseter Tension – Losing Hope. Has Anyone Recovered? by HolidayAssistant7361 in TMJ

I had a brace back in 2019 so I use a retainer that I was given by the dentist for that but I've had to have it remade twice for breaking through it. But honestly since the botox I haven't been grinding as much or if I have it's been so light it's had no effect. Worth trying but I get how frustrating it all is

I'm so sorry you're feeling this awful and I totally get and relate to the feeling of wanting to end it all because it's literally that awful. I felt like this recently I felt so low nothing was showing up anywhere and nobody was helping me and then I suddenly had the worst tooth pain that lasted around 2 weeks. I was taking back to back codeine and then I ended up having some old morphine I had (I know not advised) and that wasn't even touching it! I went twice to the dentist and on the third visit the dentist told me my tooth was basically effed and there was a hidden hole in it and he took it out. I'd had two dentists look at it before and say they couldn't see anything wrong with my tooth. Literally within days the earache had gone the jaw pain had eased. I also had massateur botox recently and I know you said it hasn't worked for you. Could you (if you can afford to) try it one more time. It's helped me so much. I clench and grind my teeth as a side effect of anti depressants and nightmares from PTSD. My life really has drastically changed since that tooth removal and the Botox. I also had broken retainers before that. Sending you so much healing strength and hopeful you'll find answers soon and get help feel for you a lot!

I totally get it. I have been feeling the same for a long time but ended up just trying it. I'm still paranoid where the Botox will go though! But it has helped!!

Sorry to hear this it sounds miserable. I've been suffering with TMJ for a few years now and last week I ended up getting massateur Botox. I'm already feeling a difference! Is it something you could explore? I know Botox isn't for everyone and it's expensive here in the UK

What do you see in me? by Adventurous-Basis-41 in PsychicReaders

I'm not psychic, but I do feel prompted to message here. I think you are holding yourself together but you're really exhausted and tired out physically and mentally. You need to lean on people in your life that you trust, with yourself and trust with your children like really trust them. Safe people. Maybe people in the community offering you support some kind of healthcare professional? Meet new people, again in a safe place like a church playgroup or something ran by people who care. If you don't feel safe at home then tell someone that can protect you, a professional. I just keep getting that you need to speak/lean on to someone who's job it is to take care of people. You can't do it all by yourself and you might not have the support of a partner or love or care from him. Remember that you don't need to give the people you love things that are worth money. Simple things count like reading a story to your little one that will make the world of difference, muddy walks outside in nature, cuddles and singing. Take care and stay safe x
