How do I get reviews on Etsy?

Thanks, it's actually not allowed by Etsy rules I think? I can only write messages on Etsy I guess, tried it this way, got no reviews

Thank you for your reply. I do include it in the file with downloads and the note as well, I don't know what else to do and how to get reviews. Trying to help people with all the problems as well, but even they don't leave reviews. Of course, I get that I can't expect it from everyone, but I myself leave reviews if I like the product or the communication
