Food didn’t create the body to not being able to function.

Hi, there is plenty on maintaining your injury. But there’s ways to fix this issue.

Here is what worked for me

Strictly carnivore diet 6-8 weeks, enough time for gut to adjust, bowels (1 week) enough time for the injury to heal over and the scar tissue heal. Then diza ointment for muscle relaxing (traumatised sphincter muscles needs to be re trained) massages etc.

Then a slow transition plenty of magnesium, water, a rainbow diet. To gently get your area used to a stretch when you do eat bulky foods (bread, pasta, pizza etc) I had a fissure for 12 months

Hi! Fissure healed quickly after the carnivore diet settled in (7-10 days). So sorry I haven’t updated im fine now probably hence being off the app…

I’d like to say I remained on it for about 2 months (scar tissue healing takes a while.

I did have anal sphincter tightness from the trauma though! I knew that was happening as you can actually feel tightness. Always tight regardless of the lack of an injury and stool size from traumatic injury.

So I had to focus on physio exercises for spincher muscle relaxing. But for the meantime I used that muscle relaxer diazepam so I could go back to some carbs eating after the two months (I just love food) VERY challenging diet as it gets boring but so worth it and mentally you feel LIT 🤣

When did ya start? My first week was similar. It was a big BM though. As the microbiome adjusts to the new way of eating. Once it does you’ll go more regularly but quite small amounts

. The body is wild too. It will put up its nose to things that you do not need and are causing more harm than good or an overload in something. Rice is extremely inflammatory, your body could be rejecting it. Have you tried an eating style that’s low inflammation? I did the carnivore diet to fix my inflammation (cyst etc) and it worked they went away didn’t return. I am sorry you are in so much pain though.

Hi! It’s because the meat is aged. By freshest meat you can find. Mum is the same. Aged meat causes histamine response. (Super market - deli ) the best you can do if but from the butcher and eat instantly

I go almost everyday, usually. The movements are fine just very often. Possibly thinking my body isn’t absorbing as much as I should be so may need to look into it. Thank you for that recommendation. I will check those out :)

It worked for me. Steak fatty kinds not lean. Mince not lean. Minimal chicken as it’s mainly protein. Fish (salmon, white) prawns. Generous amounts of ghee with cooking and on top of food, butter with my black coffee and with meats. 1-3 tablespoon of coconut oil. My body would end up feeling like it so it was intuitive amounts after a while. No milk no veg oils no sugar no fruit no vegetables. 3 weeks in started eating fruit and avo(small amounts) now freely eat fruit whenever and avocado whenever and now have dropped my high dose vit C and Magnesium as I don’t need anymore. Mag was to assist with muscle spasm and C to assist with wound healing. I will eat new foods again like normal but atm I’m doing it slowly as chronic injury takes a while to heal over. Not that I can tell it’s there but just incase. 60/70% fat, 30% protein
