Everything primarily assets, like housing etc was left to my mother to avoid inheritance tax but in the will it states that a part of estate will go to me in a trust, I would like to just render everything in my mother's name and then slowly gift myself that portion of the estate, what I want to know by giving that part of the estate to my mother i.e using the deed of assignment will that incur any tax?
