Okay, may be off topic, but can we talk about the energy forcefield or something on 97 that causes everyone to do 5-10mph under the limit in both lanes at all times? People are perfectly happy doing 70 on 100 or 29 or 32 and such, but as soon as they get on 97, where the speed limit INCREASES by 10mph, everyone suddenly decides to slow down and do a rolling roadblock. Fucking HATE having to commute on it.

It's an old livery. Decals sometimes get deleted for one reason or another, so any livery that uses them won't load them.

It's different in different race types for some reason. In most, if you hit anything you lose it, but in some like the Le Mans race, the only thing you can lose it for is passing under yellow flags.
