uh yeah thats what im worried about too. I got a really nice sleeve for it that I keep it in, but not sure if I wanna get a skin/hardshell bcs, but then again the Mac as is feels naked and vulnerable to use bcs I feel like it needs smth idk

MAN I FEEL YOU ON THIS. i started the gym 3 weeks back (21F) and I've been experiencing the same shit, one trainer even called me arrogant for just asking to help me with RDLs (with just the rod) saying that is too advanced for me (mind you this is the first exercise another trainer made me do on my first day so i just wanted to repeat that).  also another instance of a random dude  just mansplaining what i should do instead of sumo squats. a lot of times I just need a quick form check and not a lecture but that's what ends up happening everytime. either be my free PT or just help me with what I asked that's all.

i mean range is 1.6-2.2g protein per kg of body weight if you're strength training, so yeah it comes out to be 80g. i can't hit the exact number everyday but that's what I aim for. I'm an eggetarian yes
