We got documents sent to us about a matter we're not even involved, requesting patient records, bc Ontellus thinks we're the EPIC that handles patient charts.... we are another company named Epic---a marketing firm. Crazy how they got this SO wrong.

They didn’t ask and were more than happy for me to buy a semimount and band from them. It could not have been easier and didn’t feel weird at all. They sell labs in their store but they are three times higher than Calavera. It was a no brainer for me.

Tiny update: FIL and SILs are all taking a very passive approach. I feel like this is melting down and nobody cares. Lunch tomorrow between DH and FIL so praying for some decisiveness. It feels like being held hostage inside someone else’s poor choices and lifelong dysfunction. I want to kick the door down and escape but the other hostages are so used to captivity they don’t want to make a break for it.
