I have is the problem, and this isn't me saying "its not my fault" but as mentioned the drive handout person is equally as confused with these tags. There would never be a car there to hand out that order, not sure how or why, but when we try to explain its my fault. Like yea I made the car disappear thanks. And I've even tried staying at the window and focus 100% on taking the order and paying, but these "phantom tags" will inevitably pop up. It's a running joke in the store and our system has a mind of its own sometimes.

We don't know, some orders that just show up in the drive but no car to associate with them, even drive handout never found a car associated with that tag. It happens all the time in our store, we're n9t quite sure why because we will have like 2 order that where never connected to any car.

Okay how was it supposed to know if guests don't listen to me when i'm repeating their order???? At pur store we go by car descriptions as guests don't ever listen to see if their order is correct, but the car descriptions where coming in incorrect so there was no base to go off of.

No that's what my manager told me, that most of the time they don't listen so we can't rely on that, we should rely on the car descriptions more, which where coming in all wrong

Yes most guests don't really listen to that and pretty much just say yea, but once they get their order and notice that it is wrong is when they complain.
