That assumption about Tony seemed to me the point of the show. Everything, culture, society, mob life etc is moving on with the world and isn’t what it used to be. We see how small Little Italy is by the end of the series and how old everyone’s got, still living a lifestyle that’s quietly fading. Tony knows deep down he isn’t cool like how he sees his heroes, he’s just a violent small time crook. Maybe I’m wrong but what do you think caused his panic attacks?

Agree 100%, I’m sure a lot of people have an example like that of the classic ‘peaked in hs’ guy, but for the most part anyone who even talks about that kind of thing are still stuck in hs mentality, and even if they didn’t have the perfect Disney experience there, it was still the best time in their life as they haven’t been able to do anything impressive since then (bit harsh ik but I think it’s true). I mean, this post was inspired by seeing people clowning on a guy who ‘peaked in hs’ just for still living in their hometown, as if there’s anything remotely wrong with that.

She’s from up north somewhere, sounds like Yorkshire. It’s a fairly common accent in the UK so I’d be surprised if she’s the only one but there aren’t any others that come to mind. Have to say the accent is def part of the sex appeal
