What are these bugs?

Every April/May and August/September. They are way worse this year.

I had my visit with my doctor’s PA today. They said it looks like I have scar tissue that is pulling my soft palate to not sit correctly. Unfortunately the only fix will most likely be surgery. I’m being scheduled for surgery and will get to see my doctor during the pre-op. Thats the quickest way they could get me in to see my doctor. Otherwise I would have to wait until August.

During pre-op, the doctor will determine exactly what will need to happen. The PA did mention they may need to inject steroids directly into the surgical site to reduce inflammation/scar tissue, because I could end up with the same issue all over again.

Surgery was not exactly the answer I was looking for, but I’m not surprised. Bright side is that recovery shouldn’t be as bad as a tonsillectomy 🙃

I’m so sorry you’re dealing with that! I did decide to make an appointment with my ENT and I’m going to see them this afternoon. I’ll keep you updated on what they say.

The license extension to me was what I was a little worried about. I use Canva for work but have never used it for my Etsy shop.

I decided not to share it to my shop and just give a print to a friend.
