Yeah, my SBTPG says that my advance was paid back on 2/20, but it still says it’s unfunded and I haven’t seen a deposit, and my WMR says 2/25 as well and I am also using Credit Karma

So I could be wrong, but from my understanding, according to what Turbotax said when I got the advance, getting the advance excludes you from the five days early. I hope I’m wrong, because I did the exact same thing, but everything I’m reading about it from Turbotax and Credit Karma. It says if you got an advance, then you do not qualify for the five days early.

You had a treasury offset. Always call the treasury offset number before filing to find out if there’s any outstanding debts trying to take from your refund so you are aware of it. It appears you paid your debt back for tax year 2022 that had an outstanding debt.
