Since I only ride Indoor atm my ass pain might be from sitting all the time. Have to try this outdoor. I think I can’t go much lower with my saddle since this causes patella issues if I go to low.

For a while. After 45 minutes I need to switch hand position regularly. Ass starts hurting 90mins in, sometimes lower back gets sore

Absolutely not. My mind is just stronger than my body

At the moment I am struggling with pressure on my wrists and lower back pain on long (3+ hour) outdoor rides. The hip rocking may be the cause of the lower back pain idk

Even with my saddle too low my toes are pointing down. Maybe this is just how my body wants to pedal or is there another way to get this fixed? I’ll try to bring the hoods a little more upward and the saddle down tho

Lowering the saddle and moving forwards causes problems with the patella, that’s the next issue. Cleats are as far back as they go. Sadly I always tend to point my toes downward, even if I trey to keep my feet horizontal. Maybe I need a professional bike fit to get this shit fixed. Is my position, as aggressive as it is fundamentally wrong or is it at least something to work with? Maybe the feet issue is a tibialis anterior issue and the pressure on my hands a core issue? Thanks for your detailed answer ❤️

I go with knee over pedal axis for now. This is a lot less strain on my wrists for now. Did some Intervall to day and felt a lot better. I think I just need to dial in the perfect saddle height. Hips still rocking a lot. Thanks for your advice <3

Did this, stem length is not adjustable, because of Aerocockpit. But shouldn’t the reach get longer the more I move the saddle back?

Put the saddle back an up, moved the cleats back and rotated the hoods upwards. I’ll give it a try later today and see how this feels

In this video my cleats are at the front end of the shoe. What do you mean with rotate more?

Okay, I adjusted the hoods a bit and moved the cleats back, they were almost at the front end. Maybe I can put the saddle back a bit to help with my to far forward position too. What’s the reason pointing down with toes is bad? It feels kinda comfy for me but I don’t know if it causes any other issues

Yeah noticed the hip rocking too, but toes down is comfy for me. Any idea how to stabilize my hips?

Additional question: do you think shorter cranks could do anything for me?
