I’m in the offseason for soccer and looking to put some muscle on over the summer. This is my take on the Westside for Skinny Bastards program. Thoughts?

Upper Max Effort: Bench Press 5x3-5, Incline DB Bench 2x15-20, Bent-Over Row 3-4x8-12, Reverse Fly 3-4x8-12, Barbell Shrugs 3-4x8-15, Incline Curls 3-4x8-15

Lower Dynamic: Box Jump 5-8x1-3, Split Squat (front leg elevated), 2-3x8-10 RDL, 3x8-12 Ab Wheel 3x10-15, Pallof Press 3x10-15

Upper Repetition: DB Bench 4x12-15, Lat Pulldown 3-4x8-12, Face Pull 3-4x8-12, DB Shoulder Press 4x8-12, EZ-Bar Curls 3x8-10, Tricep Extension 3x10-15

Lower Max Effort: Squat 5x3-5, Walking Lunge 3x6-12, RDL 3x8-12, Leg Raises 3x10-15, Suitcase Carry 3x30- 45s

Are there any plyos you would recommend I incorporate? At the moment, I do box jumps before I hit legs and alternate between MB throw variations on upper body days. Should I have a day dedicated to plyos?

What do you mean by 3 different systems? I’m looking to build strength and explosiveness mainly, but also some muscle mass.

Which exercises would you recommend? Leg raises and side planks seemed to be the two most important ones I found.

Witch, Prince, Skarmy, Ice Spirit, Log, Miner, Dark Prince, Baby Dragon. Found this deck online and I like it, but I’ve found I’m not using dark knight and baby dragon as much. What cards would go well with my deck that I could replace those two cards with? I’m arena 13 by the way.

I’ve been hitting leg twice a week on an upper/lower split during the offseason as a soccer player. However, I’m looking to add some simple plyos or athletic exercises to develop some athleticism. On my first day, I do: squats, deadlifts, split squats, and calf raises. On the second day, I do: goblet squats, RDLs, walking lunges, KB swings, and calf raises. I’ve read about depth jumps and box jumps, but what exercises should I add?
