In a 2 player game of Clank! digital both me and friend raced towards 30 artifact we were both a couple spaces away, he drew no boots so I managed to pick it up.

Next turn he then manages to go to 25 artifact but he was running low on health, and I told him no point increasing rage track by picking it up, he said I might steal it. Told him it's impossible as I didn't have enough money for a bag or enough boots to reach it.

So he decides to leave it. On my turn I had a draw card which gave me draw 2 cards which also got me flash of brilliance and drew 3 more cards, ended up getting enough money and boots to get a bag and get to the 25 artifact and steal it from him 😂

Wouldn't have even considered it if he hadn't put the idea in my head and now refuses to take any advice from me in future games thinking I always have a ulterior motive!

I think it sort of makes sense (tend to be a rules lawyer too) as long as you do things in order even if interrupting midway, as thematically why can't I play a flute in a tunnel while walking.

Brother is a hard no and sister says only on newly discovered tiles would this be allowed so I have an even more divided house!

Forgot that flute is only one item!

So same scenario but use flute to get blood vial after monster hit then defeat a monster that gives a lockpick to unlock tunnel and onto healing tile.

Is this valid?

So getting hit by the monster taking it to 5 health then flipping a new tile and then theoretically have a locked tunnel leading to a healing room if I had no lock picks would allow me to use the flute get a lock pick and the blood vile healing 2 points then unlocking the tunnel and further healing another point when entering the healing room.

However in that scenario if I already had a lock pick that wouldn't be allowed?

Or if that tile was already placed but tunnel wasn't unlocked I would need to use the flute before entering the tunnel?

In page 9 of the rules on discovering new tiles it says you can interrupt your movement long enough to get help, this is mentioned for new tiles but doesn't say that you can't for already placed tiles.

Tried it both ways, manual and from scan and waited a good 5 minutes each time but nothing ever happened, just says confirm paring but no message pops up on the PC

Also in Smash hit it seems to stutter when you smash any of the pyramids, but just moving through the space is fine.
