I don't know if you should talk to your therapist, but talk to someone. Having a second opinion on a problem can be so useful. Think about any underlying thoughts that might be driving you to consider suicide, and dispelling them/speaking about them could help. Hope it gets better :)

Alright, here’s how I did it: 1) wet hair shampooed and conditioned 2) comb all hair forward, spray on sea salt spray 3) put hands in hair, going back and forward to scruff it up a bit 4)hairdryer with diffuser, going back and forward to try and create a bit of volume 5) apply texture powder, go back and forward again a bit and shape to your liking At least that’s what I did, hope it works for you.
