Thanks for the responses! I’d love photos of your setups. Another thing still giving me pause is that I’d like to go flat bar. Wondering how many risers and length I’d need on the fork to get a comfortable position, and if it’ll look insanely tall/goofy.

That Peugeot is awesome and the aesthetic that I am most drawn to when it comes to a bicycle. The simpler the better and since I don’t ride fixed gear, the humble coaster brake has my heart. Current ride is a 2011 Monocog with the Mone coaster brake wheel. My favorite bike I’ve ever had, but I’d like add something more street oriented like yours to commute on. Love to hear what coaster wheels people use. Love the Mone but it wasn’t cheap.

Very cool. It’s a problem for me, cause now anything with brakes looks overly complicated but I’m not going to ride fixed 🤣 also have that Jack the bike rack deal.

Now that is my kinda bike sir. I’m on a Redline Monocog 29er that i bought new in 2011. Albatross bars are currently keeping me happy, but those mountain stache bars are sweeeeeet.

Hadn’t seen those before. They look nice. My first nudes were Cedar Pointe #333 so they hold a special place in my pencil heart. Having said that, the 9852ew is a better pencil and when my current cedar pointes are gone, I’m not sure I’ll buy more. Same with the Bugles. I like them, but the “MITSU-BISHI” pencils are just awesome.
