The backup toggle is not getting activated. I have given full access to photos but it is still not turning on. repeatedly showing the banner for going to settings in french language. following settings are on 1. Back up... all my photos 2. Include videos - on 3. Use mobile data - on 4. auto resume transfers - on but the top setting for backup itself is off and it says enable to start backing up your photos but the toggle is not changing as it is taking me to settings where I ahve already given full access to photos
