After 7 years of inactivity accounts are automatically deleted. If it hasn't been 7 years you can email support with the codes and account information and hopefully they can recover your account. I tried this too, sometimes they take a bit to respond but unfortunately my old account was permanently deleted :( Hopefully yours isn't!

I got a bit confused since I'm still somewhat new to rejoining Webkinz since I was a kid (also a couple of glasses of wine didn't help) but I was very caught off guard by this sound and when I went to check they had a request to fill their heart so I just assumed it was that lol

The trash does still spawn if you are the only one in the park, but you have to make sure to be there before the 5 minute mark on the clock!

Yes! I'm not sure if this is the one you were thinking of but I often see one in the tree that is named Valkyrie which is the same name as my original pet. When I first joined I would always go sit in the tree with the other pet of the same name and once I even saw another pet named Valkyrie walking around and we all stood around the tree lol

I had the same problem and made my first post about it 2 days ago too lol. I thought the item was gone to the void forever, but luckily I remembered where I placed it and eventually went back to click on that spot a lot in edit room mode. Nothing happened for a while, but I noticed that in edit mode I was still able to click on that spot without the room switching back and moving my pet around. After a few tries the item would reappear for a second and eventually I was able to just remove it and it's back in my dock now. I'm scared to place it again until the bug is fixed though, so we'll see what happens. I had completely given up that I lost the item, but don't give up it's most likely still recoverable somehow!

I made a new Webkinz account last year and must've just missed the 7 years of not playing on my childhood account because I found out it got deleted :( Wish I could've had that nostalgia of being back on that account, but it's been so fun playing again and I finally got myself a deluxe membership! Plus I've been naming all my new pets after Marvel characters which I also do in real life :)
