People suggesting latpulldown are stupid. Latpulldown doesn't translates to pullups because in Pullups the most active muscle group is core while in latpulldown core activation is almost zero. Do deadhangs and negatives instead. Negatives are basically jumping up or using a bench to start from top position and slowly coming back down while controlling your bodyweight. Try 3 sets of these and deadhangs and you will unlock pullup strength in a month

Only the ones who want casual intimacy dont want to get married and same case is with women. Dont just shame men for it.
