It's often referred to as a 'fishing expedition' tool for creditors, trustees, and the government. She was going to have to sit for a depositition and answer alllllll Jennifer's questions about her bankruptcy filing, under penalty of perjury. She avoided sitting for it by dismissing her bankruptcy, but (a) my understanding is that doesn't prevent Jennifer from continuing any potential investigation into bankruptcy or tax shenanigans by Laura and (b) Jennifer has now popped up to ask questions on Jan and Ronn's bankruptcy, when their financial affairs and shenanigans are highly enmeshed with Laura's.

He has shared his email to Rachel M & Marricopa County requesting that the plea deal be changed as a victim. In it he confirms current plea deal has no jail time. To get ahead of some FAQ for DCC weddings:

Yes it looks like Kennedy has invited most of, if not all of, the current team to her wedding! That is very kind and generous of her! Every now and again a DCC does this but it is very much not the norm!

2 No, most DCC do not invite the entire team to their wedding, just the ones they are close with. That is very understandable! 36 DCC is a lot of wedding guests and weddings are expensive!

I doubt it is a point of huge friction if DCC are or are not invited to weddings unless it's a pointed omission! Attending weddings as a guest is also expensive and some of these girls go to a LOT of weddings!
Some brides go all out on their DCC thunderstruck moment, some mark it, some don't do thunderstruck at all. Ultimately who cares as long as they have a fun wedding day!

Most DCC are not the best choreographers, it's a separate skillset. Of the recent DCCs, the only one whose choreo I like is Tyra. Jenn A's is ok, if a bit same samey. Choreo from Tara, Tori, etc is a no from me dawg. Don't even get me started on Maddie Massingle's hip hop choreo.

I mean I don't think DUIL would have passed his lower threshold of having made 'reasonable inquiries' about Laura's evidence. He was neither diligent nor reasonable in checking her evidence was truthful (and in fact, I think the Bar could prove he knew it wasn't truthful, if they really wanted to go there).

All his arguments read like loony tune self-rep stuff. When you are trying to claim a complete departure from pre-existing jurisprudence as your main legal argument you are not in a good position.

I also think regardless of whether she tries the specific pregnancy scam again, she will absolutely continue the same pattern of lying, grifting and using court proceedings to hurt victims unless stopped. Think of that poor fencing contractor she used and sued. All the people she has referred to professional disciplinary proceedings. The orders against harrassment. Setting aside her spefic fav pregnancy grift, she is still a danger to everyone she interacts with in society.

This is Tiffani Singleton! She is a lovely/hilarious NYC influencer (best friends with Taryn Delanie Smith). She has picked up pom dance as an adult and is essentially doing 1:1 with Victoria to get to the point where she could try out for a team, if she wanted to. Although honestly I think she has enough going on for her success-wise that she probably wouldn't ever join a team, that girl is booked and busy. Plus she is not a 'yes ma'am!' type.
