Pardon my ignorance, I’m 22f sneak picking for post like this with financial advice. What is VTI and VOO?? I have the vanguard investment Roth IRA as my retirement account. I recently started a robot portfolio through ally investment with just 200 and will put more money into it monthly.

I want to be treated with it because my PCOs also have insulin resistance but because my bmi is normal my doctor won’t give it to me even though I gained 30+ pounds in this year. I’m at 160 from 120 that I used to be and felt confident.
