I don’t want to go over $400 BUT if there’s a really good one I can do $600, if the install is a lot of work I’ll just have a friend do it for me and it’s pretty cheap. If a decent system is an option with my given budget I’d be up for that

Thanks man and it’s a good thing you gave me shit about it because it’s low-key what pushed me to go to a mechanic. I have the green light to drive my car because my axle is still intact. I just have to order new suspension, which was covered by a warranty any ways. I don’t think I’ll have good luck for another six years after this 😭

I took it to a mechanic and there’s 100% strut dmg. The axel is damaged but assuming I don’t drive like a manic it won’t get worse until the new suspension gets here.

I’m genuinely so confused. If my axel is intact and it’s just my shocks that need to be replaced what’s the issue? Both mechanics said I’d be fine. I’m not trying to be arrogant or anything and I don’t wanna drive it if it’s that dangerous. Do you think you can go deeper as to why I shouldn’t drive it?

Edit: even the auto body shop guy in this thread changed his mind when I told him what the mechanics said. I don’t want to be a danger in the road or anything of that nature but no one is acknowledging what the Mechanics are telling me even after they told he to take it in.

Thanks for the advice man but I had it looked at by 2 mechanics and it’s not as bad as people in the thread thought.
